Sienna was born on September 18, 2021, which was a year after Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi got married, on July 17, 2020. Since September 2019, when Prince Andrew confirmed his daughter was engaged to Edo, the businessman slowly entered the Royal Family in an official capacity, making his debut at the family’s Christmas Day walk to church at Sandringham. Mozzi’s step-father Christopher Shale, who passed away suddenly at the Glastonbury music festival in 2011, was close friends with Beatrice’s parents, Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson.

“Things are moving very quickly and it wouldn’t surprise anyone if they got engaged within a short period of time.”
In March 2019, the couple stepped out together at the 2019 Portrait Gala at the National Portrait Gallery.

Then on St. Patrick’s Day, they were spotted holding hands in New York City.
In July, photographers captured them walking into the exclusive Annabel’s Member’s Club in London.
Beatrice also happened to be wearing a bracelet with Edo’s initials on it.
In late August, the Princess and the businessman were photographed at Ellie Goulding’s wedding alongside Princess Eugenie and Sarah Ferguson.
Edo proposed to Beatrice during a trip to Italy in September of 2019.
“We are extremely happy to be able to share the news of our recent engagement.
We are both so excited to be embarking on this life adventure together and can’t wait to be married,” the happy couple said in an official announcement.
“We share so many similar interests and values and we know this will stand us in great stead for the years ahead, full of love and happiness.”
Edo then accompanied Beatrice on the royals’ Christmas Day walk to church at Sandringham for the first time in December 2019.
They eventually wed in an intimate ceremony in Windsor on July 17, 2020.
In May 2021, the Palace announced the couple were expecting their first child together.
Edo also has a son, “Wolfie,” aged five, from a previous relationship.
On September 20, Buckingham Palace announced that Beatrice had her new baby, a girl, born on September 18.
The baby weighed six pounds and two ounces.
On October 1, they shared her name publicly, Sienna Elizabeth.
